Re: Superior Airways
Those are some great photos. Had some free time, did some super quick Photoshop colour corrections on some. Hope you don't mind. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1816/43931973061_fcec0a4d26_o.jpg https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1774/43931973271_5c378f8729_o.jpg https://farm1.staticflickr.com/859/439319...

Re: PPL written exam
I'd recommend checking out Transport Canada's Private Pilot sample written exam. Exam is published by Transport Canada. Should ease your nerves a bit.

In my authorized persons manual it states 35 hours dual must be Canadian. That was specifically mentioned to me by DF at Transport (Supervisor - Licensing)

Wanted: Instructor with PA-12 experience
Hey Guys/Girls,
Need to do a check ride for insurance purposes with an instructor that has PA-12 time (Minimum 50 hours on TYPE). The aircraft is located at Oshawa and is currently on retractable skis.
If you could send me an email at: Ryanflorence@rogers.com it would be appreciated.

Cub is more fun, but the 172 is easier to fly.

Re: YYZ ATC & the G8/20...FLAWLESS!!!
I drove in to Hope Aero today on the north end of YYZ and was expecting a whole bunch of problems. Saw one cop and that was it. No traffic on the 409/Airport Rd/Derry, the only hitch was that the 427 S was closed and I had to make a 2 min detour.

Re: Hand Proping
I was never taught how to hand start while in training for my PPL, CPL, multi or instrument. However, when I did my float rating it was a requirement that I at least be familiar with the procedure.

Superior Airways has an ad up in the Job section. They're looking for PA31 Captains, I think they run them single pilot.
