Someone chimes in about wages and other industries that pay well. Obviously there is, if you got into avaiation for the pay check you're in for a long sad rid...

There was a user on here asking a lot of questions about starting something out of the Harbour in Hamilton not to long ago...I'm sure if there was enough business for flying harbour to cytz Cameron Air would be all over it..

Why are you bothering to looking online, let alone a road trip, just leave your resume in the Hire Me section. It's that easy.

I'm going to side with Trey on this one. I personally find the "here's the aircraft that crashed, but before it was pranged up or destroyed" just in bad taste.

Re: Dangerous Flights Season 2
Comparing Arctic Air to Dangerous Flights is like comparing Young and the Restless to Cops. The average tv watcher is supposed to believe that Dangerous Flights is real and these guys are god damned heroes for ferrying a clapped out 172 across America. This show sucks.

Tractor, are you still trying to make sense of operating costs of all these airplanes?
Everyones right. Otter, beaver, 172, ultralight, $500/hr+HST Actually I'll undercut everyone. I'll send you one for 475/hr but there's a 2 year bond.

Okay, the airplane departed YAM, the ELT went off north of YXL. Draw a line from one to another. Keep going and you're nowhere near Hudson Bay. Same question. Okay do you have some knowledge you'd like to share here? Or are you just going to keep asking the same question. I do agree if he was plann...

Re: Info about getting into ferry flying.
Other than planes being ferried due to purchase, there is also a seasonal "migration" of machines North / South - where bush operators and outfitters require machines to be relocated either for storage or to be used elsewhere in the off season. For the most part these a/c are moved by those already...
