You will probably need a letter from your company, on company letterhead.

Anything less may not work. They are strict on the rules.

Also ensure your two references are available at any point during the day for a phone interview by an Officer.

I've done it many times. Takes a few hours to obtain your new one. Fill out the paperwork ahead of time. Cross the "T"s and dot the "I"s.
