"...too many factors, too many wildly different contracts.." Isn't that exactly why they need some represention and organization? Pay scales are all over the place, no scheduled time off, seem to be a couple of the biggest concerns for these guys!

Yup, you heard right! A "source" said they're planning to organize the " management" companies at the north end, all of them. Guess the thinking is is they organize one, the owners will just move their planes somewhere else. Should be interesting if it happens...colour me skeptical...

All I've heard around the north end is that the salary is somewhat below industry standard, benefits are good and maintenance is very good. Minimum crews per plane though, so no schedule. Heard this from a guy who knows a guy...no names... The unfortunate devolution of corporate aviation at the hand...
