"...too many factors, too many wildly different contracts.." Isn't that exactly why they need some represention and organization? Pay scales are all over the place, no scheduled time off, seem to be a couple of the biggest concerns for these guys!

Yup, you heard right! A "source" said they're planning to organize the " management" companies at the north end, all of them. Guess the thinking is is they organize one, the owners will just move their planes somewhere else. Should be interesting if it happens...colour me skeptical... :smt040

...always impressed with companies that want to scoop typed and current pilots away from other companies. It tells all you need to know about that outfit.
