We've had many DECs as Georgian.
I don't recall anyone being upset about it.
Even during the slow days upgrades happen pretty quick.

I had an interview in 2007 and recieved a PFO (the good kind). I haven't heard from them since nor do I know of anyone else with a PFO that has been called back in the last year.

I am in the same boat Homer, except I got my PFO in 2008. It's been a long wait. I update my profile on a regular basis and just keep my fingers crossed they they will call me in again someday.

Sched days are getting longer than they did in the past. New Captains will most likely be flying 10 to 14 hour days with 11 days off per month.
