You could also go to the casino and see if you can make that 7 grand into a future! ...but seriously... Why not build time, quality time, PIC time, with the cash. 50 hr bush course is a waste of time (IMHO). Go rent something, build night time...you will wish you had when you are short a few night t...

Re: Piston Vs. Turbine
A few years ago I had an engine fail on me.
At the time I had about 3500 hrs piston engine time
1000 hrs of twin turbo-prop
1000 hrs of turbo-jet
first engine failure was on a turbo-jet enigne.
cause...fuel starvation....blockage in the FCU...lots of fuel in the tanks!!

First of all....make each year a new worksheet. In 10 years you do not want to be scrolling down 1000's of lines looking for an entry. Over the y...

If I may clear the air about the Indian currency. A Lakh is just another term for one hundred thousand 1.5 Lakh is written as 1,50,000 which we are used to seeing as 150,000. if you put that in the ole currency converter you come up with about 3960.00 CAD. That is about right for F/O's here in India...

M1/M2 pilots?
Just curious if there are any maintenance people out there who also fly. I am talking about more than a PPL. I know there used to be helio guys that work on their machines. Are there any guys (or gals) that have both M1/M2 and ATPL that fly 704/705 equipment?
thanks
