Not to cast doubt on your descision 200hr Wonder, but I went in to Morgan Air looking for info. as well and they seemed very disorganized. I dug a little deeper and found that they have hired a new CFI and there top 2 instructors have both left all in the last month :shock: ....To Springbank I go!

well said talkinghead. Whoever said that 14 k was good pay SHOULD be shot. Me thinks a 15 yr old student pilot said that! (at least I hope....)

I renewed my IFR at Morgan a few months ago...3 172's, 2 PA-30's. Good instruction, I had no complaints.

So what does everyone think....Is it necessary to have either a diploma or a degree to be a success in the industry? I am a flight instructor who has "some" post secondary but really nothing to show for it. I know only "Big Red" requires you to have post-secondary but I am still unsure if I should f...

TOGA, you are completely right. I wouldn't (or I would at least try not to) let that happen. I am still just a piston guy so I dont really have the knowledge of turbines down yet. Just curious though, what does it actually do to the turbine......Is it similar to over-boosting?
