5606 Hyd fluid used to be J-13 at one time if my old age is correct.Do not laugh at this one but try some oxyclean just do not cut it too much.If you mix it use a bit of sunlight dish soap to make a powder apply let sit and scrub( not hard) with green scotch brite.
