We got flowed going in there this morning...Had to go direct Govit for the STAR when coming from the soutwest. When switched over to Arrival, there was one guy doing Arrivals and Departures so it I infer that it is staffing issues. Not that I think I know anything about being a contoller, but I woul...

Apparently this happened as a part of the"National Aboriginal Day of Action". Just looking at it from a distance it is pretty obvious that it was an un-sanctioned blockade and there were probably just some kids involved. The goals of the day of action involved blocking highways and railways, not run...

Lots of guys with 2 years ramp time in, or very close to it. Not the best place to start a ramp job--apparently there are upwards on 30 on the list. However, with more time, you may jump some numbers.

If you don't believe me then why has Jazz/AC all but stopped service out the island until porter started? Uhhhh, because they were evicted? By one of Deluce's companies too...shocking. On February 28, 2006 Jazz was forced to suspend service to Toronto City Centre Airport (YTZ) after receiving a 30-...

Mission costs are estimated at $300 million.
Thats it? Sounds like a bargain...Boeing lists a new 747-8 Freighter as $279.5 -- $283.5 USD on boeing.com.

Simon was a great guy. Always fun to work with.

Fond memories of beer in the early morning following all night ramp shifts.

I've never seen anywhere written that this form of de-icing is legal, while I know everyone does it, there are approved standards for de-icing/anti-icing an airplane, while I can understand removing a light clear ice by hand may work, you also can miss a lot of it as it can be very hard to detect, ...

It says Comission for each jumper flown. I used to fly jumpers in AB and got 1$/jumper. You can do a load in 30 min so if you hurry you can make about $8/hr. When it's busy. For 4 hours. On the weekends. The job pays chump change.
