I was on IUU(180) and EHJ. I can't believe that OCD is in shambles, what happend? They just redid the floats back in 2002.

I was at 149.0 for about a week strait. What ever came off 30 days ago went back on that day. I was beside myself at the end of that month.

You might want to watch out with that one, all it take is flying into a different air mass and having things over heat while airborne on a 3-4hr trip going from a -40 location to -10. There is a reason why things need to be approved and paper work done.

My best was 670 from May to Mid Oct. but that was a service not a lodge. I would say anything over 350 would be good.

The problem is your not thinking enough about how it will affect the junior guys just. That said if this goes through how or what would you suggest we do for the junior guys who will have to stay in present position for who knows how long. Some do not have pension any more or never did and working to 65 is not a choice anymore its a reality where as are case is different.

Side note, most guys that get hired now are around the age of 30 and will not be getting a full pension nor top aircraft but still don't want to sit in an aircraft any longer then they have to.
