Re: Working on a C registered aircraft in the states
My thread has actually started some good conversation. I don't come here as often as I used too. I feel like most people are thinking that I want to live down in the states and work on a C reg aircraft (maybe it has a contract down there of sorts). That's not what I'm getting at. I'm curious if my ...

Bizjets 101
Does anyone know what happened to Bizjets 101 on Instagram? He also used to post frequently here as well with imports and exports.
I enjoyed his drug . pics down in Mexico. Maybe he posted one too many of those and had to take his Instagram page down.

Re: Working on a C registered aircraft in the states
I work on the corporate/management side of things and I have been down to the states multiple times to fix our aircraft. I never lie when going through the border as the last thing I want to do is to black list myself by not telling the truth about my intentions while down there. I have explained to...

Re: AME pay
I would say yes actually, but I guess it depends on what you consider to be a good wage.
Many companies have had to increase their wages to compete with Air Canada, Morningstar etc.

Working on a C registered aircraft in the states
Hi all, I am looking for some information on whether we can go down to the states to fix one of our own aircraft. I have heard that we are not really supposed to go down there to fix our aircraft as you would be taking a job away from an American and this has something to do with the bi-lateral agre...

yyc cj4
It looks as though execaire is setting up a base in YYC with the addition of a cj4.
Anyone know which cj4 they are taking over? Or are they bringing their own to yyc to test the market?

Chartright YYC
I was on the John Hopkinson website recently, and noticed that most of Chartrights YYC based aircraft are for sale.
How are things there? I'm assuming they had a hard time breaking into the YYC market?

Blackcomb aviation
I was on the blackcomb aviation website recently and found a note that said they have ceased their fixed wing department to focus on the rotary side.
What happened to the fixed wing department, aircraft and employees?

I believe this is most likely the DC powered control for the AC pump. That circuit breaker probably is for the relay that will control the pump.

Re: C-208B start temp
No you would not feel a leak. It wouldn't take much to cause a rise in ITT due to a bleed air leak. Could be the bleed air gasket at the engine case or possibly a leak in the bleed air flex line. Best bet is to blank off the bleed air and see if it makes a difference. Easy enouh for your AME to do.
