This is what happends when you have bean counter/suits run an airline. We were much better off when the Morbergs owned us. Now we (pilots) are just a replaceable expense! Pilot morale is at an all time low and the number of pilots that are actively seeking other employment is astonishing.

it seems to me that you are trying to "UP or PAD" your log book. Turbo-prop is not Jet time.

What Do You Eat

Hey everyone

just wondering what you guys/girls take to eat for meals on a 3 or 4 day pairing. I have usually gone out to eat however it gets really expensive. Just looking for some "on the road" meal ideas to save some coin.

From the Southwest pilot career page "A candidate may apply without a B-737 Type Rating. If a candidate interviews and successfully completes the entire selection process, he/she has six months from that date to obtain a B-737 Type Rating in order to be eligible for hire". I wonder when Westjet will...

I just came back from renewing my ppc in the Sim and i never got my instrument rating renewed. quite common for those of us who do a sim ride every six months. it will get renewed closer to the ir expiry date.
