What are the disadvantages of a one type fleet? Doesn't it cut down on maintenance and parts carrying costs? What about pilot and crew training costs?

I live in Country Hills and there are lots of airport employees living in the area. Not just WJers. Good shopping and decent restaurants. New condos going up in the area if you need some low maintenance living. 7 minutes to the hangers.

None of the above. I fly a B737-700 FFS. Up down all around.

Westjet has 55 planes and you usually calculate 10 pilots per plane. Doing the math, that is 550.
