Re: Dangerous Flights
Not just the CP. At the time this was taped he was still a part owner. One would think prior to leaving Yellowknife they would have had the flight plan all figured out. Rather then looking like a foul saying he has been up most of the night trying to figure the last leg out on the day they were doi...

Credit Card Rewards
Looking to see what everyone is using for credit cards that provide the best rewards. I spend of upwards of $30,000+ on my credit card. Everything is put through my card just to get stupid air miles that are impossible to redeem. I looking for a new card with decent interest rates and a good reward ...

Re: Terrifying Views on Climate Change [NO DEPRESSIVES]
I'm not sure who your remark is directed at, nor what exactly you mean by it. I think my position was quite clearly stated. None-the-less, if James Lovelock flies to Toronto for a conference or China for climate consultation, that apparently negates what he says? I personally do think fuels should ...

Re: Companies to avoid
Randelman,
Post your experience. If you have less than 500TT you could probably weed out the medevac companies.
Being a "low timer", sometimes you have no choice but take the crappy jobs. If you have no income now, the crappy jobs sometimes pay the bills.

Re: Cat 1 Medical and Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial Fibrillation There are 3 major concerns in the assessment of the risk of incapacitation in an individual with atrial fibrillation. The first is the hemodynamic effect of the arrhythmia itself. The second is the risk of embolism and the third is the risk of bleeding as a consequence of antico...

Tiny Voices I cannot believe you think of Borek as shoddy operator.I can't think of a more challenging world than what they work in. A real good example is the winter rescue that the Twin Otter crew did a few years ago picking up the doctor who was so very ill.Just remember the mighty USAF could no...

Re: Spoilers? (Ventral Fins)
Dual Aft Body Strakes... Wing/body vortices normally disrupt airflow under the aft fuselage, creating drag. Dual Aft Body Strakes eliminate this separation, channeling the vortices and accelerating the air -- in effect, pushing the airplane through the air. Also... They streamline the wing and body ...

I have been witness to a CP forge a contrail questionnaire about pilots ever been involved in an accident. Two pilots were involved in accidents but were put down as accident free. It doesn't seem like contrail follows up on the received information from companies.
