I work on the 757/767 and myself and a co-worker looked at the smart cockpit website and found some errors when comparing to the aircraft maintenance manual. I would treat it has a reference only.

London was working on bringing the airshow back for 2010. When the airport was awarded the construction of the cargo terminal, parking/secruity would be an issue. There has been talk about the airshow coming back for 2011. That is all I really know.
