I have used Harvs Air (pilottraining.ca) ground school for ATPL in the past, i found it very deep in theory but overall it explains what you need to know to do very well in the 2 ATPL Exams. Just add my 2 cents here : i did my atpl mid 2015 and used a level C simulator as my recent ifr renewal / ppc , i called the toronto tc office and ask to speak to someone in atpl aeroplane licencing issuing and they told me that even though the regs say aeroplane it will be accepted by transport can...

Fully recommend Harvs Air ( either location is excellent ), i did most of mine at Steinbach. Accommodations more than suitable at both locations, I would say Steinbach Harvs Air little closer to town, and its fun to take trips to Winnipeg too. Anyone recently done the written and video interview for Porter know approximately what the waiting times are averaging at to hear back. I am talking about 1000 hour TT plus pilots. Any Info appreciated !
