Referring to northern pilot. How are the days off granted? Also, do they hire FO's or just Captains. If they do hire FO's are they upgraded or are they there to fill the seat?

Anyone out there have the latest and greatest info on Chartright? It seems that they have grown a lot in the last couple of years. Have they raised their pay for pilots as a result?
