These are all EIC companies. PAL is also an EIC company. Stay as far away from them as possible.

I have seen a similar situation. However, in that situation the AME signing the book didn't have a valid AME license. The apprentice was also told his book was falsified. The TC inspector let it slip and he had to get all the tasks signed by that person redone.

Think again. That hangar is used for Line/Heavy and cargo. Working on Atr's, Dash 8 classics, Metros and kingairs. Bring a Canada goose jacket.

I think you can just do the ICS course as basic training. Use your current experience as accreditation, then write the 3 tech exams followed by C.A.R.S. That is if they will accept your log book. Now there may be a way around all this but I can't see how from the TC website.
