Well,got news that after getting a bit of extended life FNW, with a low & over at YFB the old gal wagged her wings before departing the control for the last time headed south,hope someone out there got a pic of that flyby & can post it,she served the north well

Was speaking with the 212 pilot this morning,his observation was the strip was solid & it had several tire marks of previous acft landings,there is a narrow,shallow indenture crossing the width of the rwy about 2/3rds down the length from the hanger end.Hall Beach is closer to Longstaff Bluff than I...

Our B-212 went over to Longstaff Bluff today,I asked the pilot to have a close look at the strip and will give you an updated condition report when they get back this evening.
