EFB's will save fuel, but AC pays for all the fuel.... So Jazz is asking AC to buy the Ipads for them. Chances of Jazz get EFB's? Not good I think.

Fish if you want to compare apples to apples you are looking for the Q400 rate not the Dash 8 rate. Somebody might be able to find it, however there is a lot more to compare than just rates.
