Bede is right. Every time you get a license, or rating, or once every few years students should have their log book certified correct by the flying school.

The problem wouldn't be so bad if they haven't been shrinking the seats for as long as I've been riding on airliners. I've been the same size for the last 20 years. The seats have gotten worse. Everyone is spilling out of their seats now. It used to be that the 150 was cramped and the 737 spacious....
