Re: Leave to Appeal Application Filed at Supreme Court of Ca

To newacpilot , I don't think it is personal but I can understand how you feel as when you're junior it always seems like an up hill battle! I think all Ray wants is equal treatment and that just rubs some people the wrong way. Welcome to Air Canada enjoy the ride it is short or long if you hate the...

Re: Leave to Appeal Application Filed at Supreme Court of Ca

Ray, how long does it take to get a response from the Surpreme Court on whether or not they will hear the case? If they do in fact decide to hear the case how long before you're able to stand in front of the chief justices ? I hear through the rumor mill that senior flight attendants over 65 are com...

Re: Tribunal Reverses Thwaites Decision, Upholds Complaints

Nice work Raymond, but I suspect ACPA will fight it till the better end. I think the company will use this ruling to further split the pilots.....it's time to accept the inevitable and move on being a united ACPA...:-)..ya right what was I thinking :smt008

Re: WAWCON and Pensions

Just a little thing to say here...there's a thread over on PPrune in which a poster asks about a poll from ACPA about retiree pensions (WAWCON) Is ACPA seriously asking whether or not its members are interested in subjecting the retired pilots to an attack on their pension benefits? If that is in f...

"As I said, when Chorus buys AC, you can look forward to many more changes to your lifestyle, guess I'll have to get some stickers made up. "Original Jazz Pilot" has a nice ring to it" Awesome maybe then we can fly the 777's at Dash 8 rates... Or maybe at blended status rates that reward year...

There's way too many pilot managers at AC, but there sure as hell isn't three-hundred and twenty management pilots!

Pretty close though.....:-)

Nobody cares about your army of one....you're a spoiled brat! :goodman:

"I used to let the price of fuel affect my fuel loads. I still do." You're a moron if this is how you fuel for a flight, both when you were the company guy and also when you became the army of one!

You had better hope and pray that Air Canada doesn't go into CCAA as it won't be good for pilots and I mean all pilots... :prayer:

I understand it more than you think, been laid off 3 times with young kids and all the rest of what you're worried about but worry your life away it won't change things is my point. It is open season on labour and that is the biggest change in 35+ years.

Re: Air Canada to go ahead with LCC

Rockie, that is exactly what I meant....but using AC Pilots and no one else might work as well with a little modification to work rules. The JetStar model is what CR is really looking for so I see him pushing for no AC employees.
