With 1500 employees, for the year that is ~ $333.33 per person, with some adjustment upwards or downwards depending on longevity and salary.

If you work hard, you'll fly 90 hrs/month. 90 x 4 = 360 hrs.

All of that time will be FO time, which is useless in the contract community.
