Correct me if I am wrong, but any airline flying on behalf of AC, falls under the ACPPA, requiring service in both official languages. The OLA does not turn its head because of economics, big business, CEO's or anything. Or is this not the correct understanding of the Act?

so this will only be a problem for pilots who commute and who fly the 757 as all other employees work CPA or can work CPA and TC.
