Rj's are in Sudan (North and South), Congo, and i think there may be one in Mali still.

What you guy's are talking about in respect to Autocad like IPC's do exist, It is just way too expensive for most manufacturers to justify. I have seen parts of a project being done for The DND's Dhc5 Buffalow program where you could select a component (flap actuator) for instance and by clicking on...
