Et dire que certaine compagnie ont ce qu'on appelle des "training bond cumulatif" !! Je suis curieux comment la loi viendra dé-mêller cette magouille une fois qu'un pilote voudrait protester!

If pascan says that training bonds are used to pay for simulators cost, training, hotels and expenses related to that (probably for the Ba32)...why is it that a simple F/O on a pilatus has the same training bond amount???
I wonder what the HR's explanation would be....

I guess by now you get the point!! Not to be rude at all... Obviously, you must be young with no responsibility besides a car loan....but as you get older ( and I'm not talking 20 yrs from now) but within the next 5 yrs you might find yourself with a wife telling you she's pregnant and your 1 bedroo...

The BEYERDYNAMIC head phones seems to be a pretty good product for the price....I wonders if the're some pilots using them who could comment furthermore..
