You can only live in Dhahran if you're a Saudi Aramco employee. Dahran is the town that Aramco built, the city consists of the Saudi ARAMCO compound, the airport, the US Consulate and the King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Whatever your goal may be, once you've reached it, it's only downwards from there. Enjoy your journey.

I say take a boat trip to Hellas. I hear of a new startup in Mykonos, on floats, BD Air, (Backdoor air charters). Here's the staff on the regular weekly outting. From left to right, Stavros the CP, Gus Ops manager, and Mykos the boytoy. http://www.tonynuccio.com/europe/photographs/spain/sitges/sitge...

An outfit out of DXB flies daily into Iraq, cargo. Pay is nothing close to 2K/day, more like a month, however you fly into 3 airports in Iraq, Basra, Baghdad, Kirkuk. 3 times a week i believe. gotta have B1900 rating with 500multi.

Non aviation jobs, private security 2K/day USD.
