There was a fair amount of off strip stuff in Labrador after the Voisey's Bay Nickel, Copper & Cobalt discovery around the mid 1990's then it slacked off.all_ramped_up wrote:also! Labrador is mainly gravel and offstrip work as well in addition to some floats.
