ATDB.org (a fairly reliable source generally) is showing s/n 4438 and 4439 as Westjet frames.

The Challenger C-GSUT likely is for Suncor, replacing the Cessna 680 (sold) and 750 (up for sale).

Not yet. Internal to Suncor I understand it is a deposit on the aircraft, not yet fully funded. According to ATDB MSN 15271 is sitting at KIAB (Wichita).

CRJ900 C-GZQB MSN 15271 ordered by Suncor Energy. Will be the third in the fleet.
