Hey Brickhead, I too have used WJ for a jumpseat on a number of occasions. They want you to be at checkin a minimum of 1 hr prior to departure. Now having said that, I have a few time called the standby travel line with in the hour trying to get on a flight in YVR, YWG and YYZ with out any problems....

Landed right in front of them, was on dwonwind for 24r when they declared. They said they had an electrical problem, some smell in the cockpit and were not sure if they had nose wheel steering. I saw them land, straight down the runway. Don't know what the end result is nor where it was headed. Hope...

All 3 spots are gone, the first 3 montrealers snapped them up. there were no calgary spots on the rj nor the dash, and no rj's in yvr. There was Montreal, Toronto and vancouver. # rj's in Montreal( no more RJ's) one dash 8 in montreal. 2 dash in Vancouver, more left but not many, all the rest rj toronto. Plenty of spot in TO
