I actually think it’s quite nice for the new hire to not be forced to use their WB FO course right in PIT.
unfortunately 1 person in the mentioned PIT did have to.

Re: AC offer AT $13 per share

And then we have the recent new hire that ended up on the A320 in YYZ, but didn't want to commute so he just stayed in YVR the whole time and ended up getting into a huge scandal with ACPA and his managers?
can we please get more on this!

Re: Record revenues vs 4 year flat pay

judging by the last PIT course pilots they are no "no shows", I would say 99% that the April PIT 31 and May PITs of I think 26 and 25 are due to the 737 Max. August will be a big big system wide

No word yet? I interviewed in early March and waiting patiently....
Yep still waiting also. 4 weeks today
If you’ve passed the 4 week mark after interviewing that’s usually a good sign.
Folks have been rejected after 3 months and accepted after 3 and 1/2

Re: myIDTravel

You'll have to cancel the ZED Fares and then click refund. All on myidtravel.com.
Usually people load the ZEDs and take a flight.. whichever that might be and then cancel and refund the one they didnt take.

Re: Making it to AC within the next 3-4 years?

The problem with Canadian aviation summed up perfectly in one sentence. I agree. But what ya gonna do? It is what it is. Who wants to live in a sandbox? We live in the greatest country in the world. It has issues. It's not perfect. But it's home. That includes our aviation industry. I'm taking a pa...

As per our contract you’re frozen on type for 4yrs (following the initial line check) in the same base or 2 yrs if you are trying to transfer to another base. I’ve been told from an ALPA rep that they seeked clarification from management on the Q400 vs DH8 for the freeze. They claimed that there is...
