Consider that fact that the interviewers will be spending almost all of their time writing your responses feverishly. They will try and summarize your responses to the hiring board. So the descriptive words you use are important because they are the ones that will make it onto the paper. You have to...

Got the call tonight to give me the heads up that they would be contacting my references tomorrow. HR guy sounded like it was a done deal and I might be looking at a March course. :D
