Re: I need help, again.

so wasting up to $30,000+ over the cost of airline travel merely to gain maybe 7 hrs additional time in PSP..... My background is corporate aircraft sales so I admit I may be biased but here goes.... 16 Managers x 7 Hrs each = 112 Hours $30,000 in additional cost / 112 Hours = $267.85 per hour Now ...

STL, My understanding, and Nark correct me if I'm wrong, is that soldiers are allowed to refuse an order if it is illegal. One thing I noticed watching the video is that when the RCMP officers surround the guy and his back is to the camera (which is right beofre they fire the taser), you can't really see anything below his elbows becasue the counter is blocking the shot...he could have had his hands balled up into fists...

I have to agree with Niss and BMC. I understand that people with disabilities have an urge to feel normal and where ever possible we should help them to do this but they also need to realize that that they do have limits. Personally, I was born with out the part of the body that gives humans rythm s...

Wow, this response was way more rational than I expected.

I just saw this thread last night and wrote Mr. Fiorito today. I tried to stay level headed in my letter and in return I seem to have received a relatively level headed response. I still don't agree with him but in the spirit of fairness I felt I should post his reply. here is what I wrote: Dear Mr....

In high school I worked at Toronto Airways and we had a student who had more money than brains. He would never draw a line on a map, would always program his cross country into his handheld gps. This worked okay for him right until the flight test. He goes into the ground briefing and the examiner a...

Widow, I understand that you feel the investigation into the accident that killed your husband and several others was not adequate. I would even go so far as to say, based on what you've posted and what I have read, the accident was probably a case of poor maintenance and pilot error. I read your co...

Swede,

You give me enough people and enough chaos I'll come up with a dozen people who swear they saw you giving a circus elephant hummer on the pitcher's mound at Yankee Stadium.

Eyewitness reports are notriously unreliable.
