Re: Project: Parkland Airport - West of Edmonton
Im very excited for this project. Any new airport sounds like a great idea to me, especially in Canada. However I just can't get over how ironic it is, that we must build essentially the same airport as CYXD but in a worse location. Damn Government! I'm very curious to see the plans for the 8000ft r...

Re: CPL Tuition Tax Credits
I claimed all 200 hours including my ppl, multi ifr hours. I was audited by CRA, they asked me to send in my TL11B form, so i sent that in.
A month or two later they sent me a letter saying it was all good.

Re: CPL signoff
Were any or all of them an Authorized Person? If not, their opinion is probably worth what you paid them for it. The only one who said it doesn't count towards the cpl signoff is the person who will be signing me off and also the same person who did my flight test. (so they definitely have some cre...

Re: Wolf Lake Grass Strip, Alberta
Thanks for the replies.
My plan is to head to wolf lake and fly over (check the conditions out) and if they are not pleasing i will head to Hinton grass strip (thanks for the suggestion) If Hinton doesn't work out then the paved runway is very close.

Wolf Lake Grass Strip, Alberta
Hey guys,
Im planning on tenting/camping out at wolf lake alberta for a few nights this month.
I was wondering if anyone knew about the grass strip conditions? Does it get cut often?
Any info would help substantially.
Thanks
