Yes your correct you need a ATPL to work at Air Canada not the case at Jazz. People have been hired without it but had to actually have it when you start. And yes Experience is not what sets you apart from others, they hire based on the computer exams (psych eval). So dosent matter if someone says t...

Jazz was approached by Transat as was Enerjet and the likes for quotes etc. Jazz said Flat out, NO. After the disappointment that was TC maybe they know there limits.
