Our Crew Manning committee said that we will require anywhere from 100-150 new hires before June 2016. So anywhere from 20-30 non Jazz pilots.

It's extremely rare to go from AC to TS.
The 737 pay scale is pretty low in my opinion. I do hope you guys get a better contract soon!

PPC date is the effective start date and also the date in which the full salary kicks in. Pilots are paid a good per diem from their start of training until their PPC date. Just a curious question, how many flight hours do you guys have that got you interviews with Air Canada? Anywhere high 2000's to 10000 hours . I would say the average pilot had 4000-5000 hours in my class. Do the calls go out all at once or do they put a few out every day? No calls for interviews, ...
