There's only two people on a bond and they just started groundschool, so no, the bond hasn't done anything yet. Jazz stopped hiring so that's affected attrition at GGN a bit. Pilots are still leaving, but they're not replacing them as quickly as they are leaving.

Management said they are planning for a new-hire ground school in August, while not 100%, there will be one in August or Sept.

Most junior pilots are sent wherever they're needed. You can bid back to YYZ, looks like a 5 month wait at the moment.
