Re: PM's still in outbox

Ok, I understand now.
I thought it was waiting to be sent or something.

Thanks for clearing that up.

In the process of trying to sent a few PM's, but they have stayed in my outbox for almost 2 days now.
Is there anything i need to do to speed up the process?
Any suggestions?

Re: Ydf commute

BL,
I never said I had all of the answers, thats why I asked the question in the first place. I know there were guys commuting from the east coast, so the question was directed at them.

Thanks guys for the responses.
I'll take the opportunity to pm you both if you don't mind.

Re: Air Canada LCC or WJ Encore

Thanks for the response guys. Rvr 600 thank you also for the informative post. Nice to hear that AC is still a great place to work. Unfortunately you hear so much negativity in the press and on these forums, that you second guess yourself on wether its still a good place to be. Just a few more quest...

Re: Ydf commute

Yeah I'm serious Cal.

East coast is beautiful and it's home. Guys commute from the maritimes, and as Far East as you can go in yyt. People are doing it and making it work.

Air Canada LCC or WJ Encore

If one had the choice between the two in the new year, which would you chose? Not sure if I'm correct or not, but I believe all new hire Ac pilots go straight to the low cost carrier which is not technically air Canada. WJ encore will probably start with lower wages but could possibly end up well co...

Ydf commute

Wondering if anyone out there is commuting from ydf? Can anyone comment on if its a tough one, or something that can be done with relative ease?
I would think that commuting during the summer months would be easier due to the increase service to the area.

Thanks

Re: Proline 21

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm confident that if I had an opportunity on the 737, I would do fine.
Getting the call for an interview seems to be the tough part!

Do you think the proline 21 time would rank fairly high with regards to the hiring matrix?

Proline 21

Hi guys, I'm a captain on a king air 350, which has the proline 21 avionics package. Just curious if you guys think I'm logging decent time if my goal is westjet? The 350 is a good preforming machine with nice avionics, but it's pretty basic systems-wise. What are your thoughts? BTW I have a fair am...
