I hope when wj goes into negotiations next year they say we are not aircanada pilots. We deserve more 😆.

WoldAss contract. Enjoy sim outta block and no commuter policy. What a flop. Only good thing is money for the top end. Good job ALPA. Pilots now it's your job to turn this down. You deserve better.

Encore pilots are not weak. There bargaining position is. Westjet could have mainline replace them and there routes quickly. The union told them this in there last email to the pilot group. They made a smart play. 4 more years of job security.

Can anyome here give tips on how to pick up overtime on flica. I'm new to westjet and could use some. I use alerts on flica but it seems like everypairing is already spoken for even if it's 1 or 2 mins after the alert. I understand some use bots and boo on them but the rest any tips would be appreci...

Ramp life

I work on the ramp and I find it really boring and it's starting to suck the enjoyment I had for aviation. But I'm based in calgary. Should I go north and fly right away or stick around and suffer until its my turn to fly. Could be another two years.
