From the people I've spoken to , if yo do not have a university degree or 3 yr diploma you will not be considered at this time . AC may of course adjust this proviso if needs dictate , but I wouldn't be holding my breath .

Dont give up ! I know a guy who joined Jazz when nearly 50 a couple of years ago and is soon up for captain and is loving it.

Guys,let's be honest the pay is garbage but no worse than anything on offer from the other tier 2 slave drivers . A gentle word of advice , when the music stops be sure you are working somewhere you can tolerate cos if you find yourself in the wrong job you will be miserable. Money isn't everything !
