Re: Not surprised...
I guess the “CCO” is too busy posting stats on LinkedIn and doing podcasts to be finding flying for the airframes that were to be used for the charters? Seems to me he just had two airplanes fall in his lap right before a potentially busy fall/winter season - but here y’all are laying of pilots, wit...

Just wait until you hear why they’re doing this… So what's this about? You haven't expounded on this at all. if you were on the town hall, then you know - charter work incoming, 5 year deal, charters op Oct-May/Jun annually. it wasn't said who the work is for, but I'm sure there is a pre...

Not TC. I can think of a few others that may like a word with ol' Maciej, but then he's way too busy on X https://x.com/MacVVilk about nothing to do with F8.

Re: It's Time
You'd be tremendously naive to believe anyone but the folks on Camelback Road controlled every decision of any significance when it came to all things Lynx. Same with Florida controlling everything at Flair, though that is changing. You will note Flair's current CFO lives in a suburb of Atlanta.......

Re: It's Time
Lynx was entirely controlled from a head office a few miles west of where I am, and let’s just say that it’s a place that sees very little rain and has never seen a snowflake other than occasionally on the peak of an iconic nearby hiking trail. Every decision of consequence, be it the decision to h...

Re: It's Time
TM had checked out of Lynx long before Merren ran it into the toilet, at least her second such train wreck. But don’t let the facts get in the way of a good rant. 8) Chairman of the board = 'checked out'. This doesn't surprise me, given the circumstances. All shall now bow down to the great Reality...

It was that way in 1994 when I wrote my first business plan and model that grew an investment of $400,000 into a company that was ultimately sold to Onex at a valuation of about $5b, it was the same deal when the identical model was used by the founders, and founding shareholders, (of which I am on...

Re: It's Time
from chatGPT. which is longer? a statute mile or a nautical mile? ChatGPT said: A nautical mile is longer than a statute mile. A statute mile is 5,280 feet (1,609.34 meters). A nautical mile is 6,076.1 feet (1,852 meters). So, a nautical mile is about 1.15 times longer than a statute mile.

Last I heard, TM was invested in a nice 150 seat operation stateside that is doing quite well and is not living on a steady diet of Kraft dinner. Last I heard, TM also cratered his nice 189 seat operation, and was not (likely) living on a steady diet of Kraft dinner, although it may have suit...

He let his daughter and her friend go and drive at 0.04 BAC? That’s not even a party foul if you’re over 21. This is flair news? Come on Sure, but they weren’t 21. Considering this occurred in Feb, and F8 hired him in July/Aug, I’d say this is Flair news. He had to at least known this was under inv...

Re: Flair Suspending Growth Plans amid Delivery Delays and Debt
All signs are pointing to an issue with the payment gateway, rather than a simple website glitch. I’d wager there is definitely a scramble happening at HQ.
