Re: Support Westjet AME's
Congrats WS AMFA members! This entire episode has brought stress and anxiety to your group, but you’ve prevailed and now reap your collective well-deserved benefits. The tactical ineptitude and epic ball fumbling of the WS C-Suite was on full and embarrassing display throughout, and now as the dust ...

Re: WestJet breaks collective agreement with pilots.
“…..just like Swoop won’t do it.” Or did you mean….”Swoop won’t do additional mainline flying anymore.”? Were YYZ to…..PUJ, KIN, MBJ, CUN, PVR, SJD, LAS, FLL, YHZ, YXX, etc….not mainline routes? YEG to….”put airport here”? It’s a long list, and growing. I’m probably not following too well, but fairl...

Meddling? Haha, settle down you transparent shill  . Things are afoot you clearly have no clue about. Stay on A.net where you might get a quick nibble or two with your sensationalism. They’re still here. Happy they got a tail to help out. I’ll give them one thing. They appear resilient and nimb...

Re: Flair Pilots
Lots of gloom being sent from non-flair pilots. I'm very curious on what the internal consensus is with the entire situation. Has there been any communication from executives to any staff? Heard that CEO addressed most employees and apologized for his role in the 5 day overdue lease defaults and op...

Re: WJ alpa recruitment video
You probably posted that tongue in cheek, so I’ll give you the benefit…..but there’s absolutely no humour in that pal :| Not funny in the least when an employee group feels the need to post competitor recruitment links. Sadly, a lot of WS pilots who wanted to hang their hats up there for a career, n...

Re: TA Passed
Well thepoors, that’s a twat that seems genuinely happy with his job and employer, and doesn’t appear the least bit concerned with your myopic and illiterate opinion of how Flair pilots voted to conduct themselves. Pilots, it seems by they way of reports and conversations, who can now confidently lo...

Re: TA Passed
Well, I guess if we all have better deals in 2-3 years when the Flair group negotiates the next CBA (fingers crossed for us) then it’ll be all smiles for those guys!! Gotta say, I’m not surprised at the outcome. Wish you all well, it’s a tough industry out there. I understand 80% eligible, 67% pass....

Re: New Flair Tentative Agreement
I suspect you're quite right, and I'm a bit out of touch. Regardless, while not perfect...not by a long shot....the TA will pass. There will undoubtedly be winners and losers in any TA.....and many quite vocal, as is their right to voice displeasure. However I'm sure the majority of those pilots ove...

Re: New Flair Tentative Agreement
Yeah…… the TA will pass. Ironic that posters here were, up to recent history, berating and belittling the pilots for working there and the ugly blight the green disrupters presented to the industry. Now, they’re pleading with the Flair group to be the shining beacon of hope and the champion for chan...

Sorry GRK2, goingmissed cannot show you, because his comment is factually false. To quote the Vp Ops taken from another site “…. Flair is not hiring temporary foreign pilots. We do not have a need for temporary pilots and do not have the seasonality that other airlines may face.” And the CP’s quote ...

****How are they going to be staffing their flights at launch? Are these aircraft wet leases or will they be using their own flight crews from day one?****
Wet leased from Global X (Global Crossing Airlines) for the startup.
