Is there any chance of getting an interview invite without any internal recs.

How long does it usually take AC to respond after an interview? It's been close to 6 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal?

I have an interview next week. Anyone done the interview lately who wouldn't mind given me a current gouge. I'd appreciate it. Feel free to PM me.
