Re: Handgun Question

The only thing I have to add to that is in order for your club to apply for your ATT you must already have purchased a firearm.

Re: Handgun Question

Just picked up my Sig arms P220 ST .45 ACP and I absolutely love it. Having a stainless upper and lower adds to the weight, but it also helps with the recoil, which for a .45 is as gentle as a pussy cat. Especially for something that looks like it has a sewer pipe coming out of the business end. Sig...

Re: SR-71 memories

Good read. Mind you a few inaccuracies. They started development on the Archangel later known as the A-12 in 1956. Not bad for an era that was still fighting with props. I've got a few pictures of her around here somewhere a friend took during a refuel. Last time I saw one fly was at the CNE air sho...

Actually Flair uses Flightcrafts dispatch and stewards, aircraft and maintance...the only thing thats different is the pilots. It's really not that hard to figure out. The only thing that I really don't understand is why ? Wouldn't all that duplication, lawyers and extra support staff cost more than...

Leave it all on. Any and all qualifications that would make you more of a benefit to a company the better. If I had a small/med sized operation I would look at you as a resource x2. Not only are you able to fill my pilot needs but you could also give advice and lend ideas in the office.

Bluenote: I have friends there as well. One upgraded rather quickly, one not so quickly but it's going to happen. It's all a matter of timing and need....as with anywhere your going to apply. They both seem rather happy and I haven't ever heard either one of them complain about cashflow. As for your...

I'm 100% behind bezerker here. One of the people involved with this company has assisted me in the past with information and career advice. Personally I wouldn't care what people speculate or speak of second hand information (one persons "whim" is another persons TC infraction or justified reason......

Isn't cago capacity the main issue here though ? If you save on fuel costs but have to run an extra two aircraft to make up for the capacity loss it's better to stay with the 27's. But...as loads increase to the point they need to add extra 27's (very close now from what I hear....sept-oct) then con...

Did my instructor rating, then got a discount when I was working and doing my MIFR. While I was teaching I built up a solid rep and started getting IFR requests. Someone who finnished their MIFR rating before I completed my instructor rating came back 4 months later to do his instructor rating becau...

A real surprise seeing as Barry LaPointe sits on the board of Purolator.. Something tells me if they based their "on-time" performance on "did it leave within an hour of sched" like another place I know of, having Barry at the table wouldn't have really helped a whole lot. Not to mention thi...

where' that conspericey guy when you need him (it has something to do with september 11 and a 757 not really hitting the pentagon) your not that bright LIR. Go stand behind a 747 and see what happens when it powers up. It was a simple statement...the truck was lighter, hence easier to flip. Mythbus...

Dropping a bike isn't a matter of "IF" ....it's a matter of "when" and how much damage are you going to do.
