Hi All, I've got 5000 TT with 1000 on the DHC-8-100. I've also got my ATPL and an instructional background. I'm wondering how long to upgrade to Capt at YYZ these days. Also, how long to get to training Captain, and what is the pay like? With that time, you would upgrade as soon as the next bid cam...

There are probably enough first officers now that are meeting the matrix, that the quick upgrade for new hires is probably going to slow down. Plus no flow for 6 months hasn't helped things.

I just graduated Algonquin. Yeah don't trust the program manager at Algonquin College. also don't do the 100 dollar pilot assessment thing they make you do. It's useless and you never find out anything. OFC and OAS are both good really completely different approaches. The program defiantly needs som...
