Flair hasn't cut any flights at all, let alone 600 of them. Not one.
Can you point out exactly where in this article any information or comments came from Westjet?

Re: Avionics tech to build an IFR panel?

Yes I did, albeit a bit of a twist in my story. A mostly completed RV-14A presented itself so I bought it and sold the RV-7A. I then had a blank canvas to make the panel I wanted. Steinair out of Minnesota built the panel, harnesses and shipped it to me in January. They did a great job. I did go a l...

That airplane was recently listed on the COPA classifieds back in late 2020. New owners?

Yikes.

People won't but the government will. Just look round at the limitations on gatherings (non-existent, separation, etc). This will take some time yet.

Avionics tech to build an IFR panel?

Hey all,

I bought an RV-7a and wish to upgrade to a twin PFD like an Garmin G3 or Dynon Skyview panel with a WAAS GPS.

Can anyone give some insight on a decent tech or shop to re-do the panel?

I am in Alberta but am open to all suggestions.

Thanks!

Good lord John, I hope you are mistaken. If so this must be addressed so that this emotion is curtailed and this individual offers a sincere apology. Not cool Mr. Bastard.

15L is notorious for tailwinds on final. Perhaps they couldn't meet stabilized approach criteria and executed the missed approach?

Good job I say.

Carry on with your pitchforks and torches!

Gentlemen, I agree completely. I have no problem helping a fellow aviator out, but I'm not convinced the OP has exhausted his avenues, nor is this his "last hope from a desperate aviator." As a stated before this seems to be a easy way out and by his own admission "doesn't cost me anything." My wall...

Well I'm still going to run the site (since I have had a few donators already) to see if it can get what I need to get a barebones CPL. At least that way I get my VFR OTT and Night rating for personal use should nothing else ever come out of this. If I can put the money together (not necessarily fr...

Thank you PilotDAR. If you couldn't tell, e-begging is something that I have little stomach for.

In these days of internet begging and tip jars at every convenience store, a little encouragement to pull yourself up by your boot straps couldn't hurt.

For what it is worth, I believe you will find little traction on this site getting the funding you want. Pilots in general tend to be type A, problem solvers, and are proud of what they have achieved with their own determination. I will echo the sentiments around here, your problem is not borne of s...

Management (WJPA) had broken the pilots trust time and time again. No different this time around. Hopefully this time it bites them in the ass. We need proper representation, not ladder climbers.
