Things are a little lop-sided on this agreement. Look for changes to be happening on the WJ side to make things a little more fair. Eg limited jump seats. Hopefully this standby debacle will get sorted out before this happens. We need to support each other.

Management (WJPA) had broken the pilots trust time and time again. No different this time around. Hopefully this time it bites them in the ass. We need proper representation, not ladder climbers. It's really that simple.

The vote on our agreement was "postponed".......again. Wonder why?
