Does anyone know if the larger companies in Canada (Skyservice and Execaire) have pay scales, and if so what the ranges are? Thanks

Vmo, I switched from H10-13.4's to the Bose X, and I'll never go back.

In my opinion either the Bose 10X or one of the David Clark ANR's, like the H10-13XL. The DC's will still give good noise reduction even if the battery is dead, the Bose... not so good, (just carry a spare set of batteries!) Montreal company, pilots based in YWG between $55 000, $85 000, give or take a few bucks. No set pay scale, (whatever you negoitate for yourself), minimal holidays, benifits not that great. Corporate only, no charters. Not the worst company in Canada, but definatly nowhere near the best!
