Is there some way I can get a copy of the CARs in either pdf or hard copy. I've look everywhere (almost) and can't seem to find anything. I know I can view them online but I would like to be able to print them or view them in some other way than just on their website.

Does anyone know why there isn't any airshows in Manitoba anymore? Is there some way we could spark interest to get an airshow to happen either in Winnipeg or Portage? I've noticed that there is several other provinces that have a few airshows throughout the year and just think some of us Manitobans...

The problem you are going to have is definitely going to be range then very few places have avgas for sale True, but with long range tanks I should be able to have some options. I've just done very little flying up North, and was hoping there would be some gravel or grass airstrips I could camp bes...

Those are some great suggestions, but I'm using a Cessna 172 so I wouldn't mind something, say, within 300nm from Winnipeg.

Does anyone know of any decent back country airstrips the would be good to fly to and and do some camping? Something with very little civilization nearby. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
